Hilary Duff was photographed shopping at Barneys New York in Beverly Hills, California with her boyfriend Joel Madden of the Good Charlotte. The teen queen spent several hours in the popular store with her much older beau. They were cuddling and Joel at one point tenderly kissed Hilary’s head as she bought some skin care products.
