Hilary Duff checked in with fans on her blog at AOL’s KOL service on Friday (April 21). “When we arrived in Dublin, I was awake and full of energy because I slept most of the 14 hour flight,” Duff writes. “On the long trip, I read a book about how to be responsible with your money by Suze Orman and watched 2 or 3 episodes of ‘Lost’. When we landed, I could see how beautiful the countryside is in Ireland. Everything is so green. It must rain a lot because it’s so vibrant. For dinner, we went to a cool Irish pub with authentic cod and chips, but I ate some great tomato soup and a Caesar salad instead. After dinner we went for a nice walk and turned in early so that I wouldn’t suffer from jet lag because, in Dublin, we are a full nine hours ahead! I have a big concert tomorrow that is sold out! I can’t wait! The people here are so nice.”
