was videotaped at her 18th birthday bash at Mood on Wednesday (September 28) in Hollywood, California. Hilary’s sister Haylie was also videotaped signing autographs for fans, while Paris Hilton was shown arriving and exiting the event. Lulop.com has since removed the video.
