Z100′s Elvis Duran tried to wake Hilary Duff up at her hotel room while she was in New York earlier this month. Hilary sounded groggy at first but quickly perked up when Elvis ID’ed himself. They then talked about how cheery and what a quick riser Hilary is, how her mom still advises her how to spend her money, how she likes taking in concerts as a fan, her movie ‘Raise Your Voice’, and more.
