Hilary Duff was spotted hunting for the right shades at Eye Candy Optique in Studio City, not giving Hollywood.tv paparazzo Allison the same love he’s used to from Miley Cyrus. “You know what, if one of my fans show up I’ll say hi to them, you’re not a fan,” Duff said. Watch the video below.
