Hilary Duff Heads Home After European Tour Ends

Hilary Duff checked in with fans on her blog at AOL’s KOL service on Sunday (May 14), though the Mother’s Day reference suggests she wrote the message a few days earlier. “My European tour has been great! Italy was crazy,” she writes. “The fans are so passionate and energetic. They embraced me at every turn. I’m really looking forward to getting home to sunny California. This Sunday is Mother’s Day and my mom’s birthday is also this weekend, so Haylie and I are going to take her away for a few days, just the girls! She deserves it because she works so hard. How’s this for exciting news…my sister got a part in the Broadway production of Hairspray! Be sure to check her out in the show if you are in NY this summer. Well, we are about to take off. TTYL!”
