Hilary Duff spoke with People on Monday at the 18th annual GLAAD Media Awards in New York City, hours after she had co-hosted ‘Total Request Live’, which featured a performance by her ex-boyfriend Joel Madden’s band, Good Charlotte. “I just did TRL today and Joel was there, and it was the first time we’d seen each other and it was so, like, nerve-racking,” the 19-year-old admitted. “I knew that he was going to be there and he knew.
