Hilary Duff Joins ‘New Year’s Rockin’ Eve’

The Associated Press reports Hilary Duff will be the host of the West Coast portion of Dick Clark’s ‘New Year’s Rockin’ Eve’ on ABC this year, and she will perform three songs.
