Hilary Duff announced Thursday that she will donate 2 million meals through USA Harvest to help the Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. The 2 million meals will be prepared and distributed at The Salvation Army canteens in New Orleans. In addition, Meijer Grocery Stores, MasTec Corporation, and The Mas Family Foundation have all made large donations to USA Harvest and Hilary’s partnership to support in the recovery efforts. “I am so grateful to Stan Curtis and the amazing volunteers of USA Harvest for providing a timely and worthy way for me and our other partners to help the people in our Gulf Coast region,” Duff said. “No donation is too small.
