Hilary Duff is out with the video to her new single 'Reach Out', featuring Prophet, one of two new tracks off the Houston, Texas pop singer's compilation album 'Best Of Hilary Duff', in stores November 11th via Hollywood Records. This video is one more piece of trash, I am very much disapointed by Hilary, Beyonce & christina. All of them have made trashy videos. Wake up guys, we want to see something new.
