Hilary Duff posted the audio to her new single 'Reach Out', off the American actress/singer's greatest hits albm 'Best Of Hilary Duff', in stores November 11th via Hollywood Records. The track samples Depeche Mode's 'Personal Jesus' and features rapper The Prophet. Listen to the track below.

    she sounds really good in it but this doesnt seem like her :S shes trying waaay too hard.
