Hilary Duff Set To ‘Fly’ On Next Release

Hilary Duff will release her next single to radio on August 9th. According to Friday Morning Quarterback, Hilary Duff will release, ‘Fly’ as the first single off of her new album, which is yet to be titled. The track is described to be a bit rockier and a little edgier then her debut. Look out for the album to hit shelves September 28th.
