CBS has signed a comedy pilot deal with 16-year-old ‘Lizzie McGuire’ star Hilary Duff, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The network outbid several competitors to develop a pilot starring the actress for the 2004/05 season. The proposed show would likely see Duff in a family comedy similar to ‘Family Ties’.
