Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Tuesday night, “In the new issue of Elle magazine, Hilary Duff announces she is a virgin. She announced she’s a virgin even though she’d been dating a a famous musician for two years. Doesn’t say who it is [it's Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden]. Let me tell you something, if you’re dating a musician for two years and you’re still a a virgin, you’re dating Clay Aiken.”
