During Hilary Duff’s performance of ‘Come Clean’ on the MTV New Year’s Eve show Wednesday night, the always lip-synching performer got caught red handed when the CD started skipping. Duff tried to cover up the problem by turning her back to the camera, and the control room turned off her mic and the CD.
