Hilary Duff’s Concert Is All Aglow With Adoration

Jim Abbott of the Orlando Sentinel reviewed the Hilary Duff concert at Silver Spurs Arena on Wednesday (August 3). Abbott writes, “It was hard to hear Hilary’s tiny little voice when she was singing the quiet parts, like in ‘Underneath This Smile’. Then it always sounded strong when the whole band was playing. Weird, huh?”
