Jim Abbott of the Orlando Sentinel reviewed the Hilary Duff concert at Silver Spurs Arena on Wednesday (August 3). Abbott writes, “It was hard to hear Hilary’s tiny little voice when she was singing the quiet parts, like in ‘Underneath This Smile’. Then it always sounded strong when the whole band was playing. I don’t know, I’m a fan of her CDs, but I don’t think I would pay $40+ for partial lip syncing & a light show. She’s gotta get a better reason to see her in concert than that.
