Hilary Duff’s ‘Metamorphosis’ From Lizzie

tells The Sun that her musical style, described as a mixture of pop, rock and R&B, will be seen as a departure from her more familiar role as all-American teen Lizzie. “‘Metamorphosis’ is about changes that everybody experiences. It’s not just about me, but it is very personal,” she said. “The change might seem a little sudden because most people are used to seeing me as a character through Lizzie McGuire and movie roles that I played. So this music is a good way to get everyone to know the real me.”
