Think twice before you buy your daughter the Hilary Duff glitter nail polish or other such seemingly safe playthings as cute plush toys and cuddly baby dolls. They could pose a potentially serious hidden hazard for your kids, a consumer report said Tuesday. The 19th annual “Trouble in Toyland” report by the Washington-based U.S. Public Interest Research Group (PIRG) singled out the Hilary Duff Twinkle Toes Pedicure set from Townley Cosmetics as a potentially toxic toy for children.
