Hilary Duff’s Teen-Pop Offerings Enthrall Fans

Silas Polkinghorne of The StarPhoenix was on hand for the Hilary Duff concert at Credit Union Centre in Saskatchewan, Canada on Friday (January 13) before a crowd of 8,000. Polkinghorne writes, “Green and blue glow sticks were out in full force, as were screams of delight from the crowd, made up mainly of teens and pre-teens — almost exclusively girls — accompanied by their parents. The screams coming from the audience were often just as loud as the sound that came from the speakers.” Read more.
