Historian Claims John Kerry & Britney Spears Are Distant Relatives

The Associated Press reports Derry, New Hampshire town historian Richard Holmes said he’s traced Senator John Kerry’s lineage to an Irish immigrant believed to have introduced the potato to America. Meanwhile, Holmes claims he also found Kerry has a distant family connection with Britney Spears and President Franklin Pierce, a New Hampshire native.
