Hitch In Finalizing Britney Spears & K-Fed Divorce
TMZ hears that Britney Spears’ attempts to finalize her divorce from Kevin Federline has hit a snag because the “rapper” won’t sign the final property settlement agreement. K-Fed says before he does, he wants proof that the pop tart can handle joint custody.
