WENN reports Aussie singer/actress Holly Valance has been tapped to replace Sarah Michelle Gellar on ‘Buffy The Vampire Slayer’. An industry insider said, “Holly watches ‘Buffy’ and realizes this is a high profile opportunity. She has said that she wants to get away from her lad’s mag pin-up image and this is a good halfway house for her. Plus she gets to fight off bloodsuckers and ghouls in a fun role.”
