Holly Valance Loses Court Battle

Sky News reports Holly Valance has lost her court battle against former manager Scott Michaelson. Justice Clifford Einstein found Valance and management company Valance Corp. had shown a calculated disregard for Mr Michaelson’s rights in a “cynical pursuit of benefit.” In a written judgement delivered in Sydney on Friday, Justice Einstein also said none of Valance’s claims of misconduct by Michaelson had a shred of substance.
