Sky News reports Holly Valance has lost her court battle against former manager Scott Michaelson. Justice Clifford Einstein found Valance and management company Valance Corp. had shown a calculated disregard for Mr Michaelson’s rights in a “cynical pursuit of benefit.” In a written judgement delivered in Sydney on Friday, Justice Einstein also said none of Valance’s claims of misconduct by Michaelson had a shred of substance. Michaelson is seeking $273,000 in lost income, a 20% cut of his former client’s second album sales and damages. Read more.
