Hot 99.5′s Kane Preps For Uncomfortable Run-In With Kat McPhee

Kane of Hot 99.5 posted the following message on his blog at Hot995.com on Tuesday (June 12), in reference to his intern’s controversial interview with ‘American Idol’ season five runner-up Katharine McPhee: “So while you get to hear the morning show in Washington, the same show is re-aired in Tampa in the afternoon on the top-40 station down there. They’re enjoying the same Kat drama, just delayed a bit… So they just announced their July 4th show and it’s Kat Deluna and KAT MCPHEE! And I think I’m heading down there to broadcast live! I can’t wait! I’m working on my apology as we speak. Fireworks!”
