Allison Kaplan of the Pioneer Press reports Britney Spears, Spider-Man, and Ozzy Osbourne (and daughter Kelly Osbourne) are three hot Halloween costume ideas. Kaplan says, “Britney might be on a break from music, but she’s still tops with young girls who are living out their superstar fantasies. That’s easy this year, with diva costumes that include pink boas, microphones and platform shoes.”
