How Britney Spears Shed 26 Pounds

Us Weekly’s Katrina Szish tells ‘Extra’ that lost 26 pounds of baby weight in just one month. “Britney is working out twice a day,” Szish revealed. “Britney’s also traded her fast food diet for lots of smaller, healthier mini-meals, and she’s also cut out white flour altogether.”
