Howard Stern Discusses Clay Aiken’s Alleged Tryst
Howard Stern visited ‘Late Night with Conan O’Brien’ on Thursday, where he explained former Marine John Paulus’ allegations that he had sex with ‘American Idol’ season two runner-up Clay Aiken. “Then I had on — you know, Clay Aiken. Some people think he’s gay,” Stern explained. “I have on this guy. He claims he had an affair. This is his claim. He claimed he had an affair with Clay Aiken. Now, at first I didn’t believe it. The guy’s a Marine. And I said, ‘Well, if he’s a Marine, he must be telling the truth.’ He says he’s on the internet one night. He picks up a guy on the internet who, as it turned out to be, goes to the hotel to meet him, it’s Clay Aiken. Now, wait a second. The plot thickens. The two of them have a romantic liaison.
