Ted Casablanca of E! Online reports Howie Dorough was spotted hanging out with some pals at the Groove on the Universal CityWalk in Orlando. Howie was wearing a white-collared shirt and jeans as he viewed the Hawaiian Tropic Model finals. The Backstreet Boys star stayed in the VIP room filled with plenty of buxom blonde-shells, Howie. mingled with the glistening babes and even posed for a couple of photos.
