The New York Daily News reports Michael Jackson would face at least three years in prison if convicted of molesting a 12-year-old, but any jail time could be a death sentence. “Among the rank-and-file, child molesters fall below rapists,” said Charles Carbone, a lawyer with California Prison Focus. “In prison culture, a child molester is the worst of the worst.” Donald Specter, director of the California Prison Law Office added, “Michael Jackson would have a tough time in prison, no question about it.”

Is this new information for anyone? Child molesters have always been the lowest end of prison hierarchy. Men get raped all the time in prison and the guards might not stop it if they know the guy molested children. However guilty (or not guilty) Michael may be, does anyone actually think that he will go to prison? You know what happens to celebrities, Winona, even if the are blaringly guilty.

Sorry but if someone if properly found guilty of a crime and has to deal with crap in prison, I just can’t feel sympathy for them…That goes for MJ also. If he raped children then he should have to face the same punishment that other not famous child rapists face!! But I can promise you nobody would put MJ in the general population of a prison,,there would be so many people out to rape him or hurt him just to get famous!
He’ll be put in a mental hospital, it’s so apparent he’s a headcase…If he doesn’t kill himself before this even reaches court… it could happen.
His cellmate will use MJ ass like its his personal Neverland.
