In Defense Of Britney’s Mom From Her Childhood Pals

Two of Lynne Spears' childhood friends are coming to the defense of her and the troubled pop tart in an interview with 'Access Hollywood'. Joy Moore and Kelly Milton spoke out from Britney's hometown in Kentwood. They say Lynne is fealing hopeful that Britney's second visit for psychiatric treatment will lead to a breakthrough in reversing her downward spiral. The friends say the men in Britney's life, Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib, don't care about Britney and are trying to get something out of their respective relationships. Watch the segment below the fold.
