Interpol Drummer A Fan Of Ashlee Simpson

Interpol drummer Sam Fogarino spoke with Radio 1 about the interest Hollywood apparently has with the indie band, including reports that Jessica Simpson might be their latest celebrity stalker. “She’s stalking us? Wow,” Fogarino said. “I met her sister (Ashlee Simpson). We did a show and she was hanging out backstage and I really didn’t know who she was. I asked her what band she was in, I think I embarrassed her more than I embarrassed myself. She’s so sweet, she’s very sweet. I would openly welcome the sister Simpson into the Interpol fold.”
