Life & Style reports Britney Spears checked into the exclusive spa Sanctuary in Paradise Valley, Arizona for some R&R after passing out on New Year’s Eve at Pure in Las Vegas. “With these celebrities, ‘exhaustion’ sometimes means something else and a little rest at a spa sometimes actually translates into something a little more serious,” a source remarked, referring to Spears’ publicist Larry Rudolph chalking up her New Year’s incident to exhaustion.
