BBC reports Michael Jackson visited the Palace of Westminster – the UK’s central government building – as part of a whistle-stop visit to England, where he sang Happy Birthday to cabinet minister Paul Boateng. During his visit to the palace, an assistant brushed Jackson’s hair at regular intervals, and Jackson dabbed at his own face with a make-up sponge, refusing to go out in the sun without an umbrella.
