Jacko Sick-O, Says Doc

The New York Daily News reports was a no show in Santa Maria court on Thursday because of unspecified health problems. Lawyer Louis Miller, who represents concert promoter Marcel Avram in his lawsuit against Jackson, asked for a doctor to examine the singer in case Jackson was faking illness to avoid being grilled. The doctor who examined Jackson concluded he was within his rights to miss a day of testimony.
