MTV.com reports Michael Jackson will appear on the American Music Awards on January 9, but will not perform as was originally agreed. Dick Clark’s lawyer, Greg Aldisert, explained the lawsuit against the Grammys and Michael Green will continue saying, “This [development] doesn’t affect the lawsuit because it doesn’t address [Greene's] policy of interference, and Jackson is still not performing [on the AMAs].” Read more.
