Jacko Wants Psychiatric Exams Of Accuser And Family

The New York Daily News reports on Monday, Judge Rodney Melville will consider motions by Michael Jackson’s defense to force mental evaluations of his now 14-year-old accuser, his 13-year-old brother and their 35-year-old mother, who claims she and her kids were held hostage at Neverland Ranch last year. “Mr. Jackson cannot cross-examine and confront the expert witness…unless he is permitted equal access to the subject matter of the expert’s mental examination,” Jackson lawyer Brian Oxman wrote.
