Star magazine reports that Britney Spears and her lil’ sister Jamie Lynn were recently shopping in Nordstrom in Los Angeles. Jamie Lynn insisted on picking up the bill and begged Britney to open a charge account after learning the store gave shoppers a 10% discount to open one. She did and Jamie saved about $100.
