Jamie Spears Plans To Move To Manhattan

The Enquirer reports Britney Spears’ hard-partying dad Jamie has set tongues wagging by tearing up the town with a coke-addled club hostess Kimberly Ybarra. Jamie had been staying at Spears’ $3.5 million NoHo pad while Britney was away. They say Jamie’s having so much fun, he’s planning on moving to Manhattan permanently.
