Jane Carter Fails To Show In Court, Warrant Issued
The Associated Press reports Jane Carter, the mother of Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter as well as Aaron Carter failed to appear in court for a scheduled arraignment on a battery charge against 29-year-old Ginger Elrod, and a bench warrant for her arrest was immediately issued. Her $5,000 bond has been forfeited because of the missed court appearance, officials said. A message left for her publicist was not returned Tuesday.
