Janet Jackson Congratulates Halle On Oscar Win

USA Today spoke with who revealed she phoned Halle Berry to congratulate her on winning the Best Actress Academy Award last Sunday. Janet said, ”I had called Halle to congratulate her on her nomination. I said how does it feel, she said it’s so beyond! I’m so happy for her.”
