Janet Jackson Getting ‘Entertainer of the Year Award’

will be honored with the first-ever ‘Entertainer of the Year Award,’ chosen by more than 35,000 readers of Essence magazine through a national reader’s poll conducted on Essence.com. The show will air on Fox TV on June 6.
