Janet Jackson Seeking ‘Safe’ Morning Show Interview

The New York Daily News reports Janet Jackson has been shopping around for a morning-show appearance that would help rehabilitate her image. “Her people are saying they want a ‘safe’ interview,” an insider revealed. “They also want the show to arrange for a performance someplace new, like Central Park. They want the show to put up something like $300,000.” So far, NBC’s ‘Today’ show has rejected the offer, but no word from the other morning shows.
