Janet Jackson Smacked With $120 Million Assault Suit

The New York Daily News reports 39-year-old Leonard Salati claimed in Manhattan Supreme Court that he suffered “pain, injury [and] permanent damage” when Janet Jackson’s security man choked him so badly he blacked out, and the Bronx resident is seeking a massive $120 million in damages. “Witnesses say he was choked so severely they could tell he was gasping for air,” Salati’s lawyer Steven Goldman contends. “We don’t know the extent of the spine injury.”
