The Associated Press reports Janet Jackson will be the featured performer during the halftime show at the Super Bowl on February 1 in Houston. Other performers will be announced later. The AOL sponsored show will be produced by MTV, which also produced the show for the 2001 game. “There is no bigger spectacle than the Super Bowl,” said Jackson said. “It’s a unique and exciting experience that I have looked forward to for many years.”
