Jay Leno Didn’t Know Drug Dealers Gave Receipts

Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Wednesday, “During an interview earlier tonight with Diane Sawyer on ABC’s ‘Primetime,’ Whitney Houston admits using drugs in the past. Well, you could have knocked me over with a feather. It’s always the people you least suspect, isn’t it? Whitney? Come on — what? Diane asked Whitney, ‘Is it alcohol? Is it marijuana? Is it pills?’ And then Bobby Brown came in and said, ‘Could I see the specials again?’ Whitney also denied a headline that was in the tabloids saying that she had a $750,000 drug habit. She said — this is a quote — she said she wanted to see the receipts from the drug dealer she gave that much money to. I didn’t know drug dealers gave receipts.”
