Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Tuesday night, “More problems for Britney Spears. It looks like she is going to be charged with a hit and run and not having a valid California driver’s license. You know, she doesn’t even have a California driver’s license. Unbelievable. Well, in her defense it’s hard to pass a driving test when you have a kid on your lap who’s smoking, okay?”
