Jay Leno joked about Britney Spears during his Tonight Show monologue on Monday night before she came on as a guest. He joked, “Actually, I just apologized to Britney for walking into her dressing room as she was stepping out of the shower. [Laughter] I said, ‘I’m sorry.’ She said, ‘No, no, this is what I’m wearing tonight,’ so I don’t know. [Laughter and applause] How many of you have heard about the new song on the cd? It’s pretty controversial. [Cheers and applause] It’s a song about masturbation. [Cheers] I think it’s called, ‘I can see you watching my video — stop doing that.’ [Laughter] I think that’s the true title.”

Brit would make a great porn star. All this recent pr blitz is a last hoorah to her “singing” career. This last album will probably do ok. Her vocal range is so limited -who would now want to work w/ her. She is a joke. She was able to buy some producing talent for MATM -but she just does not have it. She is just a cute, sexy girl to watch. VIDEO DID KILL THE RADIO STAR.
This is why other musicians want to work with her. To get recognized for their own talent and name.
well she was actually on the show and did an interview and song. she was actually really laid back w/ jay. I thought she’d be doing her whole “yes sir” routine. lol. but nope, she was cute and cool. did anyone see the guy dressed like Britney? haha….classic stuff! that’s too funny. anyhow.. Britney sang LIVE! yay..its about time. lol.
I feel bad for her because they’re starting to make the same jokes about her they make about Christina about how she’s always naked or not wearing enough. I can’t feel too bad for her, though, because if she didn’t want those kind of jokes made she should have covered up for her magazine covers.
