The Chicago Sun-Times reports that despite stories to the contrary, South Beach spies in Miami swear Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are still busy rekindling their romance, not just working on new music.

March 9, 2004 – The New York Post reports Jennifer and Marc walked into Mynt in South Beach Monday night holding hands. They stayed until 4 a.m. yesterday at a table with Naomi Campbell and her boyfriend Tommy Lee. Others at the club included and her Backstreet Boys lover Nick Carter, as well as *NSYNC star JC Chasez.

Jennifer Lopez’s Construction Catastrophe

March 9, 2004 – ‘Celebrity Justice’ reports Jennifer is suing her contractor for allegedly damaging her house, resulting in millions of dollars in damage, and for living on her money. According to court documents, J.Lo claims the Houck Construction Company did “defective work,” and the windows, doors, waterproofing and pool work were done poorly. There is also a major issue with the hillside, which collapsed, and is now covered by a tarp and held up by sand bags. Lopez also claims she was taken advantage of and that the construction company charged her for “expensive meals” and even “entertainment.” She also claims she paid people who were on the site, but not working.

J.Lo’s ‘Jersey Girl’ Character Inspired By Smith’s Wife

March 2, 2004 – Jeannette Walls of reports ‘Jersey Girl’ screenwriter and director Kevin Smith says the Jennifer Lopez character was inspired by his wife. “To this day, my wife still won’t believe I wrote the film as a Valentine for her because I kill her proxy off in the first fifteen minutes,” Smith wrote in a letter explaining the film to marketers. “Regardless, she is my muse on the flick.”
