Jennifer Lopez Buying $9.5 Million Miami Beach Mansion

The Miami Herald reports Jennifer Lopez has aid $9.5 million for a bayside mansion on Miami Beach’s star-studded North Bay Road, according to sources. Real estate broker Leigh Alvarez commented, “Jennifer Lopez used to come to the Beach all the time and rent here. I’m sure there’s a lot of people [here] she enjoys spending time with. Plus, she’s a Latina.”
