Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Thursday night, “The New York Post reported Jessica Simpson was in tears after the American Music Awards the other night because she lost a a diamond ring, possibly her engagement ring. She lost it. Luckily, Jennifer Lopez was there to console her, saying, ‘Don’t worry, you can always get more of those’.”
